The reporter of this workgroup insisted on the importance of capacity building and academic careers upgrading through mobility and exchange. Hence the need to form a committee to prepare a proposal for funding. The creation of a database is also needed in order to improve the transparence in researches of common interest and in Universities overlapping programmes.

Award and Exhibition. A research award would bring this out. Also a website and a newsletter should give shape to this network. Another idea would be to write a template letter
