Workgroup 2: Laban Shihembetsa (reporter)/ Han Verschure/ Livin Mosha / El Montacir Bensaid / Lawrence Esho

The reporter of this workgroup insisted on the importance of capacity building and academic careers upgrading through mobility and exchange. Hence the need to form a committee to prepare a proposal for funding. The creation of a database is also needed in order to improve the transparence in researches of common interest and in Universities
overlapping programmes. Do you find this valuable?
